Here is the step by step process to reset your password in Directworks.
Step 1: Please go to the log in page for the company you work for or the company you are supplying to.
Step 2: Click the "Trouble logging in?" button on the log in page. (Pictured Below)
Step 3: Type in your username (usually your email address) and hit "Reset Password"
Step 4: You will receive an auto-generated email from Directworks with a link to reset your password. Click the "Reset Password" button.
Step 5: Change your password. Keep in mind different customers can have different requirements for a new password.
Step 6: Log in to Directworks.
