Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 11 for Windows update 8.1. This version does not work inherently out of the box with CX4. User must add co-exprise.com to the compatibility view settings in IE before logging into CX4. If you don't, you will constantly see the error below. I will provide step by step instructions on how to do this. Remember, always contact an IT professional if you are unsure if a setting should be changed on your machine. Step 1; Open up Internet Explorer Tools and click About Internet Explorer. This will tell you what version you are running.
Step 2: Click on Compatibility View Settings. This will open up a dialogue box.
Step 3: In the box, type co-exprise.com and hit the "Add" button.
Step 4: You should now be able to log in to CX4 without encountering this error.
TIP: Some security disables the function that our login button calls. Hitting the "Enter" key on your keyboard can alleviate this problem. Remember to only hit it once, and wait 10-20 seconds (it won't look like it is doing anything) and you should see the CX4 window open.
