Here is the step by step process to reset your password in CX4.
Step 1: Please go to the log in page for the company you work for or the company you are supplying to. Most of the time, it will look something like this: https://eec.co-exprise.com/COMPANYNAME/
Step 2: Click the "Request Password Reset" button on the log in page. (Pictured Below)
Step 3: Type in your username (usually your email address) and hit "Reset Password"
Step 4: You will receive an auto-generated email from CX4 with a link to reset your password. Click the "Click Here" button.
Step 5: Reset your password.
Step 6: Login to CX4
