While we are aware that many different browsers exist, CX4 is supported exclusively on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or greater. To check your default browser settings, follow the simple guide below.
Step 1: Open Internet Explorer. And go to Internet options.
Step 2: On the "Programs Tab" Check the box that says "Tell Me if IE is not my default Browser".
Step 3: If it is not grayed out, hit the "Make Default" button on this tab to make IE your default browser.
Note: If IE is NOT your default browser, clicking links in your email from CX4 will not take you to the intended log in page and may give you an error.
